Patient population: Pediatric, NICU, PICU, and CVICU

Required Qualifications

Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (2 years of experience)
Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Neonate patients

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

Two fingerprinting processes are required before start
Background check required before start
Transcript or diploma required
Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity documentation
Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
Unit-specific skills checklist
Online training modules must be completed before orientation
Badge pickup required before start
I-9/E-Verify attestation required
Government-issued photo ID must be carried while on assignment

Work Expectations

May float to nearby pediatric and NICU locations
All work history must be included in the profile
Scheduling and requested time off must be communicated during submission and interview
