Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Los Angeles, California
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
- No weekend requirement
- No on-call requirement
- No floating required
- Business casual attire; no scrubs required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Case Management (3 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Discharge Planning
Key Assignment Details
- Case management role supporting liver failure patients across ED, observation, and inpatient settings
- Works closely with a multidisciplinary team and a community health worker to support navigation and discharge planning
