Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist position
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
No weekends or holidays required
All treatments and evaluations are 60 minutes each
Clinic team includes 4 Physical Therapists and 1 Physical Therapist Assistant
Opportunity to treat Pelvic Floor or Lymphedema patients if certified in those areas

Required Experience & Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
Lymphedema experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
7-year background check required within 1 year of start, updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start (QGold required; TSpot/PPD not accepted)
Immunization requirements including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (titers or vaccinations)
Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start (instant tests not accepted)
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (October to March)
Photo for badge (passport-style, shoulders up, no filters)
2 professional references verified within 2 years of start

Certifications (as applicable)

ACLS (not required for CNAs)
PALS
NRP
NIH Stroke Certification (for applicable roles)

Notes

All treatments are scheduled for 60 minutes
No weekend or holiday shifts
Prior travel experience is not required for this position
