Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Setting: Inpatient

Job Details

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours per day: 8
• Weekly hours: 36-40 hours; overtime billable after 40 hours
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous Physical Therapist experience
• BLS certification
• Valid Physical Therapist state license
• Driver’s license
• Work history/resume submission required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 prior travel contract completed

Additional Information

• Not eligible if employed by this health system within the last 12 months
• Orientation dates available in June and July
• Position includes call back and on-call pay multipliers (details not included here)
