Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13–26 weeks
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Day/evening schedule
- Weekend and holiday coverage required
- No on-call requirement
Required Qualifications
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of inpatient clinical experience, including sterile compounding
Schedule
- Primary shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- Secondary shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Start Date
- Accepts 9/14 and 9/21 start dates

- Background check
- Wisconsin caregiver screening
- Wisconsin BID form

- References: 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist
- Drug screen required for pharmacy department roles
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- TB screening and questionnaire
- MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and Tdap documentation or approved exemptions as applicable
- Physical exam
