Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Burbank, California
Start: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
Hours per week: 40
Floating: No
First-time travelers are accepted, but must be screened
Weekend coverage is typically one full weekend every 4 weeks, depending on department need
RTO limit: no more than 7 days
Facility type: Acute care facility
Dress code: Business attire or scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of acute medical Care Coordination/Discharge Planning experience
Acute Care Case Management (2 years of experience)
Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year

Staffing ratio on days: 1:25
