Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Burbank, California
  • Start: ASAP

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 2 years of acute medical Care Coordination/Discharge Planning experience
  • Acute Care Case Management (2 years of experience)
  • Acute Care Case Management experience within the last year

Additional Notes

  • Staffing ratio on days: 1:25
  • Scrub color: Business attire or scrubs
