Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Endoscopy (1 year of experience)
Endoscopy experience within the last year
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience in an Outpatient setting
Ambulatory nursing experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Valid government-issued photo ID
Background check
Education verification
Work history verification
References: 2 manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months
Employment application with at least 7 years of work history, including city and state for each position
Skills checklist within 1 year of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 1 year prior to start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Drug screen
Flu vaccination or signed declination
Tdap vaccination within 10 years or signed declination
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or declination
Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination

Pre-Start Training / Compliance

Required onboarding and policy documents must be reviewed and signed before start
RN-specific online modules must be completed before start
Safe vaccine administration module is required for RNs except OR RNs

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytic, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary setting
Intermediate computer skills, including email and electronic health record use
Fluency in oral and written English
