Schedule

• Night shift
• 3x12 hours
• 36 hours per week
• No call
• Floating required
• 36/36 schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
• General orientation begins on Sundays
• Must be comfortable floating and working higher ratios
• Ratio may be 1:7 when floated to medical-surgical

Additional Notes

• One shift may be canceled or called off every two weeks without financial penalty if census decreases
• Extra shifts above the work commitment may be flexed as needed based on census or resource needs
• Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
