Pros
- Great work environment - Supportive staff - Ample of resources - Breaks are strongly enforced - Comprehensive onboarding and training
Cons
- Frequent cancellations - they will cancel 1-2 of your 3 shifts per week. - Stand by policy - they either cancel the full shift or the first 4 hrs. Problem is they will call you at 6, tell you you’re cancelled 7-11 and expect you to be on stand by until 11 at which time they can (and usually do) cancel for the whole shift. - No OT
