Location
- New York, New York
Contract Length
- 9 weeks
Shift
- Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend and holidays required
Role Summary
- Registered Professional Nurse providing safe, competent care to a designated group of patients
- Medical Surgical Unit role
- Charge nurse duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 1 year travel experience for Travel positions
Experience Preferences
- EPIC experience highly preferred
Work Expectations
- 3x12 schedule
- Average unit census: 30
- 34 beds in the unit
- Staffing guideline: 1:5
- Travel experience is required for travel positions only; not required for per diem positions
