Location

Contract
- 13 weeks
- Day shift
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- National registration and licensure for the state of practice, if required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- BLS certification
Experience
- Prior work experience as a therapist in a clinical setting is helpful
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop therapy plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and consultation with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Document observations, services provided, and orders
- Train clients on programs, adaptive equipment, and other interventions
- Supervise therapy assistants as allowed by federal and state regulations
- Follow infection control and safety standards
Work Environment
- Moderate noise level
- May involve travel based on business need
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 8-hour days, with openness to 4-10s
