Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (overnight)

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience within the last year.

Fit test for respiratory protection.
Negative results on a 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start date (no THC).
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination including booster by September 2025 (declination not accepted in Illinois).
Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.
Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date.
Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended.
Two-step Tuberculosis test (PPD) or IGRA with chest x-ray if positive.
Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity.
Current Tdap vaccination or accepted declination if no pediatric interaction.
Physical exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.

Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering the last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
Verification of highest level of education (degree or diploma).
Exclusion and sanction screenings including EPLS, OIG, OFAC, NSO, and state-specific checks as applicable.
Signed confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, integrity and audit services, and patient information security agreements.
Completion of child and adult dependent abuse training (Iowa only).
Completion of Joint Commission CORE exam within the last year.
System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.

All required documents and certifications must be uploaded and verified in the credentialing system prior to onboarding.
Specialty skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
License verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
Attach scanned copies of all certifications including front and back of cards where applicable.
