Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Euclid, Ohio
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 12-week contract
• May float as needed
• Weekends as needed
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NBRC

Experience / Application Requirements

• Application must include 3 years of prior work history
• At least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
• Two recent satisfactory pre-employment references required
• All work history must be included in the profile

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Transcript or diploma
• Criminal background check
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
• Pre-employment physical within 1 year of start
• Fit mask testing within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 6 months of start
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Online training modules before start
• Badge pickup from the facility before start
• I-9/E-Verify attestation
• HIPAA acknowledgement
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
