Case Manager - Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Location: Fort Myers, Florida
  • Shift: 8-hour days, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Assignment: Working in the ED for a readmission initiative
  • Start date: Firm start date

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Florida
  • Case Management (2 years of experience)
  • Case Management experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in an Acute Care setting
  • Experience with acute hospital case management

Additional Assignment Details

  • Floating required; travelers are first to float, including to other sister campuses
  • Radius rule: 50 miles from permanent address
  • All requested time off must be submitted with the application
  • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start; no exceptions for pending documents
