Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience
ASN
Illinois RN license in good standing
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
NRP certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Education

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for neonatal patients
Complete patient assessments and develop care plans
Implement nursing interventions and patient care procedures
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Monitor intake and output for neonatal patients
Support breastfeeding initiation and baby-friendly care
Administer medications using bar code scanning
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
