Registered Nurse (Med Surg) - Travel Position

Location: Gadson, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Hours per Week: 36
Patient Ratio: 6 to 1
Schedule: Every other weekend required

Job Description

Provide nursing care on a Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts.
Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama (Compact or Alabama state license accepted).
Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
