Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 12 weeks (3 months)
Start Date: May 11, 2026
Hours per Week: 32 hours
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Facility & Setting

• Primarily Med/Surg with occasional Acute Rehab
• Facility size: 70 Med/Surg beds, 12 Acute Rehab beds
• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
• Onsite parking available
• Dress code: Black scrubs

Job Details

• Position type: Travel assignment

• May be required to float to Acute Rehab unit

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
