Unit Details

• 36 beds
• Staffing includes day shift and night shift coverage with RN/LPN and PCT support
• Patient ratio: 4 to 5:1
• Equipment includes Pyxis, Alaris pumps, and Welch Allen Vitals machines

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• Experience working with Post Cardiac Cath patients
• Experience working with Stroke patients
• Experience recovering post-cath patients (no sheath removal)
• Experience with pacemaker placements
• Experience with amiodarone drips
• Experience with Cardizem drips

Schedule

• 3 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule
• Friday and Saturday for nights
• Saturday and Sunday for days

Dress Code

• Grey scrubs for RNs
