Job Description

Work in a Long Term Care facility located on the hospital site.
Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Notify MD/NP of pertinent patient information.
Manage admitting and discharging processes.
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
Care for patients with Gastrostomy Tubes, Urinary Catheters, Nebulized Treatments, Wound Vac, CPAP, and Tracheostomy.
Other assigned nursing duties as required.

Shift

8-hour shifts, varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
Flexibility required; no guarantee of specific hours or shift preference.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii.
Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care nursing experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment.

Additional Information

Candidate must be able to attend the employee health appointment on the Friday before starting.
Flexibility and reliability in scheduling are essential.
