Overview

• Contract role in Lamar, Colorado
• 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 10:00am–9:00pm, Monday–Thursday
• No call

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist (3 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• BLS
• Radiologic Technologist experience

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray examinations
• Produce radiographs using proper technical factors and evaluate each film for proper exposure and positioning
• Schedule exams and instruct patients on exam preparations
• Set up and organize rooms for radiographic procedures

Work Conditions

• Requires independent judgment and technical skills
• Must be able to work alone, make independent decisions, and adapt to emergency situations
• Must maintain patient confidentiality
• Requires manual dexterity, frequent position changes, and the ability to lift and move patients with or without assistance and maneuver equipment of 20 pounds or more
• Includes periods of stooping, standing, bending, moderate lifting, and patient care
