• 4x10 hours
• 40 hours per week

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Infusion (2 years of experience)
• Infusion experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification
• Oncology experience

Clinical Setting / Responsibilities

• Infusion center
• Inpatient oncology
• Outpatient oncology
• Chemotherapy administration
• Body fluid handling after chemotherapy
• IV push chemotherapy administration
• IV therapy and infusions
• Administration of coagulation factors, antifungals, antivirals, blood and blood products
• Port care and management
• Infusion pump management
• IV hydration and multivitamins
• PICC line care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Medication administration, including antibiotics

• Start date may change based on nursing education availability
• Local candidates within 75 miles are considered local rate

Compliance / Onboarding

• Driver’s license or state ID with address and clear photo required
• 2 clinical references required at supervisor level or above
• 7 years of employment history required with all gaps explained
• Skills checklist must be current within the last year
• Background check, education verification, physical exam, fit testing, TB screening, immunization records, drug screening, flu documentation, and state exclusion list review are required before start
