Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment as a CT Technologist
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background Check: Must be completed within 90 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years. Includes SSN trace, death master index, sex offender registry, education verification, motor vehicle record (if home health), and state-specific abuse/neglect checks as applicable.
• Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start required. Instant drug screens acceptable with attestation.
• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO, indicating fitness to work.
• Immunizations & Health Documents:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or declination accepted)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID vaccination record preferred (declinations accepted)
• Respirator Safety Clearance: Required annually for travel candidates; completed via virtual questionnaire.
• References: Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years in comparable specialty/setting.
• Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment with month/year format.

Scheduling & Work Conditions

• No floating between units
• One week of standby on-call required during contract
• No weekend or block schedule requirements
• Patient ratio expected to be 1:1

• Modules & Training: Completion of required regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS platform prior to start and annually thereafter.
