Job Overview

- Floating: Required to all inpatient and acute care areas

Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
- Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NBRC-RRT
- Experience working with Adolescent or Infant or Neonate or Pediatric patients
- PICU or NICU experience
- Intensive Care Experience
- Airways Management
- Vent Management
- BiPAP
Preferred Experience
- Trauma, Level 1 trauma, ER, or teaching/community hospital experience
- Children’s hospital experience
- High-frequency jet ventilator, high-frequency oscillator, EKGs, code response, and rapid response experience
Additional Notes
- Only 3 shifts of requested time off can be approved
- Candidates without an active Washington license should expect a start date 6–8 weeks out
- Orientation is on Mondays
- EPIC familiarity is preferred
