Job Overview

- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

- Floating: May float between Adult and NICU if the candidate has NICU experience
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Maryland
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience working with Neonate patients
- Driver's License
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ED experience
- ACLS
Clinical Notes
- Traveler will perform airway management and suctioning, ABG interpretation, and related respiratory care tasks
- Must be comfortable drawing and analyzing ABGs
- May assist in high-risk delivery and umbilical blood gases
- Ventilator equipment includes Draeger V500 and Servo U

- Charting system: Cerner
- Scrubs are not provided; required scrub color is ceil blue
- Local rate applies within 60 miles of the facility
