Overview

Travel RN position in Lafayette, Indiana
Specialty: ICU Neuro/Trauma/Medical
1 opening
36 guaranteed hours per week
Shift options: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Weekend rotation: every third weekend
May be placed on call once every 4 weeks
Float required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (3 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
TNCC or TCAR
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiac rhythm knowledge with ability to pass facility test at 90% accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Step-down/progressive care experience

Unit Details

17-bed ICU
Patient mix includes neuro, trauma, medical ICU, stepdown/progressive care, and medical overflow
Acuity ranges from 1:1 to 1:4
Equipment includes vents, IV pumps, CRRT, BiPAP, ekos, and chest tubes

Additional Notes

Navy blue scrubs
Facial piercings must be out or flesh-colored
Multiple CBTs must be completed as assigned by staff education
