Overview

Travel RN role in Marquette, Michigan
13-week contract
36 guaranteed hours per week
Night shift
1 opening
Weekend requirement: 3 weekends every 6 weeks
No call required
Float scope: inpatient units

Unit / Setting

7th floor Neuro/Ortho/Peds
24-bed unit
Trauma Level 2
Patient ratio: 1:6
Patient population: all ages over 28 days

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Orthopedics experience within the last year
2 or more years of adult nursing experience
Orthopedics (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics experience
Neurology experience

Preferred

PALS
2+ Pediatrics experience
Block scheduling, if possible

Clinical Focus

Adults
Pediatrics
Trauma and post-op Ortho/Neuro
General pediatric unit with 0-3 rooms on average
