Overview

Travel RN float pool position
Specialty: ICU
Shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
Weekend requirement: 75% weekends

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in an Acute Care setting
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
Critical Care Float (3 years of experience)
Neuro ICU experience
STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care experience
CVICU experience
CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care experience
Willing to float to multiple different units
Must be flexible with assignments, including potentially taking multiple different assignments in the same shift

Patient Care Context

Basic ICU patients, including sedated, intubated, and pressor patients
Does not care for high-complexity patients such as CRRT

Patient ratios: 1:2, and 1:3 in ICU / IMC

Notable Restrictions

No call requirement
Open-toed shoes, crocs, jeans, clothing with large logos/print, and profanity are not allowed
