Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Number of Staff: 50
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1 Unit Secretary, 1-3 sitters/week
- Night Shift: 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1-3 sitters/week
Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
Equipment Used: Ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella devices, Balloon pumps
Typical Procedures: Intubation, Central line placement, Bronchoscopy, External Ventricular Drains (EVDs), Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring, Swan catheter management, Pacemakers, Bolts
EMR system used (not specified)
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs

Work every other weekend
May be placed on call for the shift they are scheduled to work if not needed, with no additional call expectations beyond that shift
