CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)

Location: Maysville, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Call: No call required; call available if interested

Job Summary

• Perform Computed Tomography (CT) and X-ray imaging independently.
• Work in the Radiology department using a GE CT scanner.
• Serve all patient populations.
• Utilize Meditech electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Kentucky
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician
• Associate degree or higher education in a relevant field
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification

Additional Information

• Must be able to perform both CT and X-ray procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic preferred.
• No weekend hours specified.
• Department scrub color: Pewter Gray (required).
• Orientation occurs on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

Work Environment

• Acute care, 100-bed facility.
• Radiology department within a Joint Commission accredited hospital.
• No trauma level specified.
• No float requirements beyond performing X-rays as needed.
