Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Newark, New Jersey
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:30–16:30
13-week assignment
Auto offer
Black scrubs
1st timer and local candidates are accepted

Role Summary

Responsible for performing echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies
Must be proficient in Pediatric Echocardiograms
Must be able to work independently

Required Qualifications

Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
Echo Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Proficiency in Pediatric Echocardiograms
Pediatric Echocardiography experience

Preferred Qualifications

ARDMS RDCS FE or CCI RCCS
Fetal Echo experience

Scheduling Requirements

Clinicians must work or provide on-call coverage for 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 winter holidays, as needed
Winter holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
