Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Battle Creek, Michigan
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
Up to 26 weeks
Holiday coverage is required
Every other weekend required
First to float

Unit Details

Observation Unit: 10-bed ER overflow
Typical ratios: 1:6 at night, 1:5 during the day
The unit focuses on constant reassessment for discharge readiness and rapid admission/discharge
Floating: will float to other Med Surg units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

Travel experience is highly preferred
May consider candidates without travel experience if they have more permanent experience

Scheduling Notes

3x12 or 4x12 schedules are available
Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed or approved at this time
