Overview

- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Unit focus: Cardiac ICU patients, with overflow from MICU, Trauma ICU, and Neuro ICU
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
- CVICU experience within the last year
- 2 years of CVICU experience
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
Schedule and Assignment Details
- Weekend coverage required every other weekend
- Floating to other ICUs and boarder areas should be expected
- Block scheduling is not available
- On-call is not required
- Local candidates are accepted
- RTO limit: no more than 6 days
Additional Notes
- References must be from a direct supervisor, not a charge RN
- Epic charting is required
- TNCC is preferred but not required
- Candidates should be flexible for unit needs
- Experience in high-volume, high-acuity, teaching, and trauma settings is preferred
