Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility (Travel/Contract)

Location: Santa Monica, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possibility to extend)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekends preferred but not required
Locals and First-Time Travelers Accepted

Job Description

Work in Rehab unit focusing on Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehab, Post Acute Care, and Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) settings, including care for patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
New graduates are welcome; preference given to candidates with Post Acute or Acute care experience.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems used: Net Health and Point Click Care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy OR Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
