Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Location

Ann Arbor, Michigan

Schedule

36 hours per week
Day/evening rotating shifts available: 7:00–19:00, 11:00–23:00
Weekend and weeknight call required

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Michigan
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
Trauma experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Unit Details

Level 1 Trauma Center
Primarily adult patient population

Additional Requirements

Flu vaccination required during flu season with no exemptions
COVID vaccination not required
2 supervisory references required
Government-issued photo ID required
Background check required
Drug screen required
Fit test required
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
Physical exam required
Employment application required
Confidentiality, conduct, conflict of interest, sexual harassment, and orientation paperwork must be completed
ID proofing and account setup required before start
EKG/pass-fail testing required for PACU, Tele, and ICU-related units, including CVICU
