Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification

Additional Job Details

• Must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Must be able to read tele strips
• May be asked to float to other departments for support without taking a patient load
• May float to other locations, including Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Can be placed on call during low census hours
• Call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Any scrubs are acceptable as long as they are clean and work appropriate
• Flu season policy requires masking at all times if flu and COVID vaccination is declined
