12hr Days
Schedule varies, 7A-7P
36 hours per week

Assignment Details

No local candidates within 50 miles
2N Cardiac Care ICU is a highly specialized 20-bed unit
Provides care for patients needing open heart, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
Special equipment includes intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, CRRT, and epicardial pacemakers

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
CVICU (2 years of experience)
CVICU experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

CCRN
NIH cert

Holiday Expectations

Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
