Travel Registered Nurse — Renal Med-Surg

Location

Zanesville, Ohio

Contract

13 weeks
36 hours per week
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Clinical Setting

Renal/medical-surgical unit
Adult patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions
High-acuity, high-volume environment with frequent assessments and continuous monitoring

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult renal and medical-surgical patients
Monitor cardiac telemetry
Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams
Float as needed to similar Med-Surg areas, including wound care, stroke, oncology, cardiac, observation, and ED boarders

Notes

Renal experience is strongly preferred
Start dates are limited unless the nurse is a returning traveler within 9 months
Requested time off must be disclosed at submission
