Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide home health nursing care with case management responsibilities.
- Manage and maintain a caseload of patients.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
- Travel required throughout the day within Greensboro and High Point areas; personal vehicle needed.
- This is not an inpatient role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience within the last year.
- Minimum 1 year of case management experience.
- One completed travel assignment.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Additional Information
- Mileage reimbursement provided at federal rate.
- Fit testing for N95 mask will be done onsite.
- Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31).
