Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide home health nursing care with case management responsibilities.
Manage and maintain a caseload of patients.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).
Travel required throughout the day within Greensboro and High Point areas; personal vehicle needed.
This is not an inpatient role.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Minimum 1 year of home health experience within the last year.
Minimum 1 year of case management experience.
One completed travel assignment.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

Mileage reimbursement provided at federal rate.
Fit testing for N95 mask will be done onsite.
Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31).
