  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (5 days/week)
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 days/week)

• Weekend Requirement: Yes (Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• On-call Requirement: Yes (2-4 days per month)
• Block Schedules: Required
• Patient Ratio: 1:1

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Immunizations and Testing:

  • TDAP vaccine within 10 years or signed declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer with acceptable documentation
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine during flu season or signed declination
  • COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted with adherence to masking policies
• Drug Screening: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
• Respiratory Safety Clearance: Required annually for respirator use (travel only)
• Fit Mask Testing: Required annually for travel candidates, completed onsite if no valid record

Additional Requirements

• Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background) required
• Completion of annual regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS
• E-Verify attestation required
• Compliance with Oregon and Washington state-specific background and registry checks as applicable
• Float Policy Acknowledgement: May be required to float to other nearby facilities within the region
