• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Role Details

• Emergency Room nurse
• May float to MedSurg as needed
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend work required
• Locals accepted
• RTO must be approved at time of submission; no post-offer RTO approvals
• Cannot take every holiday off

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• TNCC
• CPI

Preferred Qualifications

• NIHSS
• OB experience is a plus

Facility Notes

• Critical access facility
• Trauma level 4
• 25 staffed beds

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• CPI or an accepted equivalent
• Competency exam
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• MMR immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccine or declination
• COVID vaccination documentation or approved exemption form
• Professional references within 2 years of start
