Overview

Travel/Contract role in Wilmington, North Carolina
Unit: Cath Lab
Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
40 hours per week
Call required: 1 night per week
Weekends required: 1 weekend every other month
Float required as needed
First time travelers accepted
Longer contracts may be accepted through 2/27/2026
Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Notes

RTO after booking is not allowed
More than 7 days of RTO will not be accepted
Clinicians may have one early shift of 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or until the structural heart case is completed
One of the 4 days will be a late shift to complete the last patient of the day
Contract staff may be assigned to Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team coverage
May be required to report during a catastrophic event, mass casualty, or disaster
Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur, with preassignment to units as needed
Unit orientation: 24 hours
