Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Delaware
• Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred / Additional Details

• Interviews include VA Auto Offers, Voice Advantage interview, and Nurse Manager screening/interview
• Float to areas within acuity
• Float support areas: Antenatal, High Risk, OB Triage, Postpartum
• Common diagnoses/treatments include labor, induction of labor, Cesarean Section Delivery, External Cephalic Version, fetal demise, and intrauterine fetal death
• Special procedures include epidural management, Magnesium Sulfate Administration, Pitocin Titration, and Insulin Drips
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
• Charting: Cerner, converting to Epic
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue Scrubs provided
• Overtime and incidental overtime are not authorized
• Meal breaks are expected and untaken meal break time is not authorized to accumulate
