Job Overview
- Location: Le Mars, Iowa
- Employment type: Contract
- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with one-in-four call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hours per week: 32–40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Provide home health nursing care for patients in their homes within Plymouth County, Iowa
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- Home Health (2 years of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments
- 2 years of experience with care planning for in-home patients
Additional Information
- Experience with Epic is a plus
