- Unit: Med/Surg with telemetry monitored in a centralized unit
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Notes
- Unit accepts first-time travelers
- Free-floating charge nurse and house discharge nurse float across all departments
