Registered Nurse - PACU (Travel/Contract)

Location: Lakeport, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

  • Role: Preoperative/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse providing direct patient care.
  • Surgical services include orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, pain management, ophthalmology, and endoscopy.
  • Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday). Call required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care.
  • Certifications:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
