Job Overview

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Echo Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS

Pre-Start Documents and Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Emergency contact form required before start
• Photo for badge required
• Orientation checklist, pandemic attestation, code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, disclosure statement, and signed job description required before start
• Facility-specific onboarding and competency documents must be completed before start

Additional Notes

• Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam are required as applicable to the profession
• NIH Stroke Certification is required and must be updated annually
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS are listed as required certifications
• CPI training is completed onsite for applicable units
• Religious and medical COVID exemptions are available if properly documented
