Job Description

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical Department.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.
• Schedule includes every third weekend and holiday coverage based on rotation.
• No on-call expected, but may be required occasionally.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

• Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Shift flexibility required (day/night, weekends, holidays).
