Location
- Bemidji, Minnesota
Contract Length
- 7 weeks
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- No call or weekends
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- BLS certification through AHA
- Experience in a behavioral therapy setting
- Experience with cognitive testing using SLUMS, MoCA, and CPT
Job Responsibilities
- Lead at least 2 structured groups per day
- Provide 1:1 sessions as needed
- Conduct cognitive testing when ordered
