Assignment Overview

Travel, seasonal contract
13 weeks
Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Rotating weekends
No call requirements
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS
AWHONN
BLS
NRP

Unit Details

Labor and Delivery unit
32 beds
Typical patient ratio: 1:2
Common procedures include SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC

Preferred Experience

Internal monitor placement competency
Previous assignment or employment with the same health system
Experience in a Level IV unit

Work Environment

Team-oriented and positive attitude preferred
Navy blue scrubs required
T-shirts are not acceptable; solid blue, black, or gray sweatshirts only
Must adhere to attendance policy
