Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• TNCC
• ENPC
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

• Emergency department with 40+ beds
• Patient ratio: 4:1, with 3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high volume
• Common procedures include IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring/interpretation

Preferred Experience

• High-pressure experience in a previous job
• Previous medical experience as an RN, medic, or technician

Work Environment

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to stay positive under pressure
• Typical equipment includes cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO drills, and Lifepak
